This time of year tends to bring out the best in all of us.One West Monroe church is reaching out to those living in a nearby community.Over the past few weeks, church officials asked members to bring in gifts of nutritional value for those in need.TV 8 news Cynthia Milledge went along with church members as they distributed the tokens of love.

Who ever knew a brown paper bag could mean so much.Life Church Pastor, Joel says "Go house to house, let them know we're here for them, let them know we care."You can say it's a gift of a sack appeal that members of Life Church West Monroe hope will reveal the true meaning of this sabbath day. says, "Actually a few weeks ago we passed out paper bags a few weeks ago and told members take these over the next couple of weeks and fill them up with groceries.

"Church Member Angel says,"It's awesome. It's a wonderful thing to be able to do something for somebody else."Cletus is one of several households on the receiving end of the act of kindness. , "It makes me feel good somebody give me something because they don't do that to much now. You can't hardly find someone giving somebody something.

"Resident Lorean says, "It's a blessing to us all."This is a bag of joy for folks like Lorean . She says it's nice to know someone is lending a helping hand. Joel says, "We encourage everyone in their community to get out and do something for somebody this season.

" Church members also attached a card to each bag as a tiny reminder they're here if anyone in this neighborhood needs help. Life Church members distributed nearly one hundred bags of groceries and members say they plan to do it again, next year.

I thought I'd update before I hit the hay, I went to youth tonight It was really great, We gave away prizes and Beck taught a great sermon in his series Primos (I think) Heres a few points from his blog check all of them out at www.beckpayne.blogspot.com

Fleur de lis anyone?

I have this new obbession with the Fleur De Lis I love it for some reason... Anyways besides the point haha.... Things are great over here in good ole Louisiana, I've been busy with school trying to get ahead before the holidays hit and I have to take a break, Christmas is so hetic around here and it seems like everyone in my family's birthday is from November to January all in one big boom. I've been hanging out with a new friend of mine her name is Hannah and she is one of the sweetest girls I've ever met she is so much fun to be around. We went to the game friday night and hungout the rebels one but I'm not sure by how much :\ Anyways I'm bout to go eat some Chili (yum) because its chilly outside (yeah corny moment). Teenage Life... Fun,Drama,Laughter,Dorkyness!

Okay basically since school started back all I've posted about is how extremely busy I've been, So I'll try not and make another post rambling on about how busy my life is and blah blah blah haha. I enjoyed having a full schedule and never being bored, When I was younger all I wanted to do was be home, But the older I'm getting I want to be out doing stuff and hanging out with my friends, Last night was Xtreme Life and Beck preached a great message about overcoming Fear, Afterwards Hannah Emily Taylor Nikki Me and Ian went to eat Baco Tell lol, And we had a great time just spending time together, I don't think I've laughed that hard in ages I was cracking up the whole time seriously... I love my friends they are all a very big part of my life, Some of them I see only once a week some of them I see all the time but they all have great unique qualties that makes them so much fun to be around. So from now on I'm going to try and quit rambling on about being busy with school and church babysitting and friends haha and Just be happy that I'm not bored all the time! I'll start taking the dital camera with me and snaping pictures to post up here :) Mucho Love to all!

Time 2 Think...

Lately I've been taking time to think about my life, What I want to do with my life where I see myself in a few years... Honestly I don't know the answers to most of these questions, I've been busy lately and not making time to think and spend time with God, I don't want to get sidetracked by the world that I don't take time for a relationship with God and myself... I've been thinking about so much lately, Mostly of love and relationships with people, In the minstry and life sometimes you lose people you love so much and are very close to but I have to remember that God is in control of everything in my life. When I love someone and have a relationship with them I love deeply and my put my everything into it Igive my trust to you and when ever I feel like My trust has been misused I get pretty upset. But when I went through this recently with someone, I realized that this is how God feels when we turn away from him, He trust us puts all of his love into us and provides for our lifes and when we turn away and quit trusting in him he feels the same way we feel but so much worse.... I guess thats just a thought for you to think on....

Busy Bee!

I've been busy busy lately with school and baby showers and church and youth and friends EVERYTHING! So Monday I'm taking a break, And going to the fair! Whooopppe... I've been waiting for what seems like years and its finally here, I love to ride the rides, I'm a thrill seeker :) Anyways. Yesterday, We went to Nicoles baby shower Mrs.Jayne's housewarming and to eat with my grandparents, And now I'm getting ready to head to church and help in Kids Life today with the new KidMo program! So If I don't update soon please don't get mad, I've been running like a wild chicken with my head cut off :) I love you guys!

weLL. Not much has been going on lately, We try and do stuff with everybody but everyone is so busy with school and stuff that no one has much time lately... So Saturday we have a work day up at the church and we need alot of volunteers to come help us remodel the Kids Room so if you wanna come let me know and I'll get you the details :) I've been bored lately it seems like the summer flew by this year... Go rebels!

Wow what a game it was last night.. I'm not a huge football fan but I'm learning to love it. If all of the games could be that interesting it would be awesome. They were down 17-3 in the last like 2 minutes (or something if I'm not right don't get mad I'm a girl haha). And game back and beat them 19-18 GO REBELS! I was pretty interested most of the time.. Afterwards a big group of us went to Logans and ate and hungout. Today I'm going over to see some family friends or something and then I'll be home. Call me I'll be bored haha.

FUSION!!!!

Wow, Where do I start? Fusion was amazing! The band did a awesome job (I was amazed) They over came all obstacles that were thrown their way the past couple of weeks and ended up rocking the house! Beck had an amazing message prepared, His Message was title "Not 4 Sale" He talked about not selling your soul and sticking strong to your testimony! We had an awesome turnout of teens and a great pizza party afterwards (can it get any better?) I can't wait for our next Fusion!

I just want to thank Beck and everyone else that made this Fusion the best yet! You guys are awesome! We couldn't have done it with out every single one of you!

A day full of God's Little Blessing :)

I had a day full of "KIDS KIDS KIDS AND KIDS" From the age of 2 months to 5 years old whopppee! But it's what I love, I love to teach children and be with them, If you ever take the time to sit with a five year old for awhile you get a whole new outlook on things haha! First I had Kid's Church this morning with Hannah Emily & Kelsie, I got attacked by about six four year olds and almost got smothered to death... Then I was in the Little Life tonight with Bridgit, That was my Favorite, Because there are so many little baby's.... And still a few more to come, (Mrs. Kala is going in the morning to have her baby keep her in your prayers). So I had a day full of energy and I'm completely worn out... I think its time for me to head to bed (wow it's only 10:00). Love you all!

Hey Foo's!

Whats up guys? Youth went great last night, We had a pretty big crowd and Beck's message was really good! A few of us went to eat afterwards and had a blast hopefully everyone can come next time.. Not much has happend today other than our airconditioning thingie broke so we are getting it fixed right now haha what a interesting day huh! We have the Children's ministry team meeting tomorrow night, I'm excited to see what change's are going to be made and who will be my partner next round... I'm not sure yet. wOW. I haven't updated in foreverrr! How is everyone? I'm great, I had a perty fun summer I did the lake thing alot and just got back from Gulf Shores that was fun too. La Dee Dah.

I had a BLAST tonight, Me and Twinkle, Hannah, Caleb,Emily,Princess M. All went to the movies and had a hilarious time. Emily Winkler sat by me and I scared her in the middle of the movie and she busted my lip. And then whenever the Pirate squid thingie tried to eat Jack we bow screamed our heads off, I think the people sitting by us got a little annoyed (oh well I am a chicken). We both wore our adorable wedge's and looked so fantabulous! It was pretty funny. I took some pictures so I might try and load them ;)

Forgiveness

Hmmm, This subject is a little touchy for me, I use to always be a very forgiving person. Lately I have notice that I haven't forgiven and forgotten some certain things and people, I guess sometimes I tend to say" Hey you'll only pick up the snake that bites you so much" But that is the wrong idea, God wants us to forgive always under every circumstance. I don't want to have all of my "old" relationships with people effect my "new" relationships because I haven't been willing to "forgive and forget"! I guess this is a subject I need a lot of work on. Because I start to feel the baggage of my unforgiveness. Its time to lay it down and walk away. Maybe its pointless to some of you but I felt as though I needed to get this off my chest.

Lordie, I am bored, Its raining here in the good ole country... I haven't been up too much lately. Other than obsessively emailing Emily W we email at least 5 times a day tehehe.... Mom went to town with Dad so I've been chilling, We're eating Steaks for supper and mom is getting me some curly cue cajun fries YUMMY Hehe. Been a Busy Bee~

I've been really busy lately, We all the fun stuff that comes along with summer, We went to the lake again Friday and a bunch of my cousin's went too, I mainly chilled and read my magazines and tanned. And then Saturday I went to the mall for a couple hours and did some shopping, Every store is stock when some amazing stuff tehehe, You know they had a hard time getting me out of each store... My twin would've been the same way ( you should've been there twinkle twin hehe) Everyone was annoyed at my shopping skills (they're just jealous they can't do it like me ;) Well I'm going to do some "online" shopping now tehehe.

Lake again..

We went back to the lake again today, I had a really fun time just relaxing and floating in the water, Until my cousin Andrew shoved my head into the lake scraping my face on the rocks (okay so maybe I am being dramatic whatever)... But don't worry I didn't let it go down like that, He has a perfect set of scratch marks on his back... Anyways I kept sunscreen on this time so I didn't get very much sun, Only a little on my face and shoulders. I had a blast today... It's really fun to get to spend time with family and friends. Awaiting the arrival.

We are all awaiting the arrival of Gracen Hope Payne. I think we're all on the edge of our seats to see when Jodi "pops" as Beck would say hehe. I know that they are going to make wonderful parents, And I just know already that Gracen will be the most beautiful little girl in this world! I love Beck and Jodi so much, They have been such an amazing part of my life since they began working at our church. They are giving people that would drop anything to just help you out! Jodi is very maternal caring, And Beck is full of energy (when he eats to many coffee beans), And very compassionate! Little Gracen is truly blessed to have such a wonderful Mom and Dad!

Not again.

We went to Caney today, It was fun but once again I let the sun get the best of me and ended up with another "small small" sunburn... hehe. Darn be to me that I have to go and get sick, I feel awful I've sat around the house all day in my pj's watching reruns of making the band 3 and eating chic-fil-a chicken noodle soup, And I still don't feel any better, I was up till 4 in the morning last night because I couldn't get to sleep, The doctor said I had like a sinus infection basically and I am taking over a dozen medicines to get better lol. I hope everyone's weekend is going well!

Waste Of Perfectly Good Make-Up.

Today was a complete waste of perfectly good makeup, All I did was math homework, Cleaned my room, Laundry,Tanning, And computer... So why I made myself up for all that I am clueless :\ But on a better note, I had a blast Monday at Mrs. Linda's house, We BBQ and chilled by the lake with Bridgit, Chelsea, And all the rents. I am trying to decide if I want to participate in the waterballon fight tomorrow at youth, I can do so, And lose all my makeup so that everyone see's the "real me". Or I can watch from a distance, Which I'll most likely do HAHA.

On another "sadder" note, All of my reality shows are over now and I have nothing to look forward to watching on tv. Who knows I think I just need a really good shopping day at the mall hehe.

I've been thinking about some things...

Mostly about this one thing, Do I only talk and pray to God when I need his help, When I want something from him, Or do I just go to him all the time to just tell him whats going on what I'm feeling... I think that a lot of times its easier for me to just visit with him when I need something from him. I've really had to re-prioritize my time and my life. I think this is something that is taught on often in church, Always put God first! My question to you is, Are you putting him first or other things?

I just watched the Recordings of American Idol with my Dad tonight, I am so mad that Paris got sent home! This is completly wrong LOL! I know she'll have her own record out soon because that girl can throw down some music! She had a really great run on American Idol this season, But I really don't feel like she has the "right" thing they are looking for in a Idol. I really think that It might be between Chris & Kathrine now, I'll just have to wait and see! I can't wait to buy Paris's Cd when or if she makes one.

Xtreme Fun Night

Fun Fun! I had a goodtime tonight in youth, It was Xtreme fun night and we just chilled and played games and stuff. Also Pizza again (Yummy lol)...And of course the Fantabulous Gabreal doing an off the chain Performance!!! We had a really good crowd of kids tonight so I was happy! Busy Busy weekend

Goodness this has been a very busy weekend, Friday night we had the Cancer survior race thing, Then we had the lockin from Friday night to Saturday morning... Then we had Jodi's baby shower, Then Uncle Joe's birthday! And now I'm pooped and ready for bed!

Last was youth and I have to say Beck did an awesome job on his message! It was short but VERY to the point... I'm so blessed to be a part of such a amazing youth group! Our leaders are such great friends to us all and they're lots of fun too! God is really moving in our youth group and I know he'll continue to do so as long as we keep the right attitude and have the right goals in mind!

How it all went...

Wow, This weekend was amazing! Kevin did amazing on his message's, Altered was awesome, The breakout sessions were great as well! There were a lot of pranks in the air this weekend too, Like Egging the boys, Shaving cream wars, Ballon fights.... All that good stuff!

God was defiantly with us all this weekend, I felt him move more than I ever have in my life. I feel very refreshed and new! I just want to thank Beck & Jodi for working so hard and giving up so much of their time to do everything they do for us! Guys it was amazing thanks so much!!!!

God's Amazing Creations!!!

Hey Guys!
I was just looking through some pictures on here and started to realize how beautiful God's creations are! I've been very blessed to be able to travel to alot of different places! I've gotten to see the Mayan Ruins, Caves, Mountains, Beautiful oceans And so much more beautiful scenery in my life..... I'm so thankful my parents have taken the time (and money) to take me and Hannah on trips to see things like that! I'm so amazed at what God has created.... Have you ever just taken the time to watch the sun set? I did that today it was so pretty! God wants us to experience his creations and love them as much as he does! So tomorrow as you go about your day look around and be thankful for what he's made!

Okay Guys,

I was corrected by Matt wednesday night that I put "Xtreme Night" as my title and said it was Xtreme Night... It wasn't lol sorry guys. Thought'd I'd correct my self on that! Xtreme Night.

Hey There peeps!

Hey Guys,

I just thought I'd let you know, Everything went great with my Grandmother today. Now just pray she has a speedy recovery!

On another note, Beck did amazing tonight, Even though he had a few distractions lol. He is doing an amazing job with the youth. I'm so happy to see all these teens committing their lives to Jesus, I've been really proud of a few of them that I'm already seeing changes in. Its not all about praying the prayer, You have to live it after wards.... So Just keep praying that things will continue to go well in the youth!

FUSION went awesome! The youth band sounded great (awesome job guys) Matt Ian and Andre were rocking it out!! And Beck did one great message everyone really loved it (you are doing an awesome job Beck)! I'm not sure how many teens we had but I believe we had a really great group of them... Not much has been going on lately just chilling and relaxing, I want to go to the feedout saturday so me and Hannah are going to try and go, If you wanna come comment me or hannah and we'll get you the details! Long time no bloggin

Sorry its been so long since I updated :)... But I'm back now (I didn't go anywhere lol). Things have been really great lately, The church is doing great ( we have tons of new people lately). We ran to walmart after we ate lunch @ Chili Verde and pick up some things we needed. Fusion night is getting closer and I'm so excited about it, We're gonna have a awesome turnout I can't wait! I've been cleaning and cleaning and cleaning all day long... I have to go pick up Kameron in a minute, I love her so much shes just like my little sister. Although some days shes MORE than a handful she is still such a cutie! We're getting ready for FUSION March 8th you better come check it out its going to be awesome. Robin is working on some designs for out shirts and we also worked on planning some ideas for Xtreme 24 (or whatever were going to call it) our 3 day youth camp in April, Anyways on a different note I'm thinking about getting my Yorkies hair cut off like the picture below anyone think thats a bad idea? Let me know if you do, Even though in the end I'll do whatever I want but anyways lol! Okay I'm out gotta run!

I'm headed to get dressed so that I can go buy some tanning minutes for the summertime... We went to the movies last nigth with Joe Staci & Clay and then we went and ate (of course) Chili Verde I had alot of fun last night and during the day, I was having one of those doggy downer days as my dad calls them, So first we went and saw Pink Panther and ate burger king with Mom... And then did the thing with Joe and Staci, I needed a good laugh and boy did I get a few! I'm so bless to see all the wonderful people God has placed in our church that just love our family and the church so much, Its amazing what all God is doing and going to do! So if your having a hard time keep your head up and remember to trust in God (he's always there!)..

I'm out of my funky pity party mood now lol! We went and saw eight below Sunday after noon with the Saint Robin (LOL). It was so sad, It wasn't what I was expecting at all it was very sad and I cried so much (along with Robin and Hannah)... But it all turned out good in the end, I won't tell you anything so I don't ruin it for you if you're going to see it. My family is finishing American Idol up so I gotta go catch the end of it! Ready to laugh till your purple?

Okay all though some of you will laugh your butts off when you read this I believe I'm still in a state of shock, Okay so heres the story, I was sitting in my bath tub shaving my legs when I realized I looked "extra" purple then I normally do, You see I'm a very pale person so my skin tone has sort of a purplish tone to it. I was thinking of calling my mom into check them out But I figure it was no big deal so I continued on with my shaving when I was done I notice that my thighs were EXTREMELY purple almost black, Thats when it happened I screamed MOMMMM she ran into my bathroom and I showed her my legs she was very calm she said okay just get out and dry off. So as she went through a list of questions "Have your jeans been too tight?" nope I said I didn't even wear jeans to day (I was in hystrics crying).. I wore my "BLACK" gauchos. DING DONG. Okay I think I figured it out mom said. Your dye just faded on your legs now lets try and wash it off. So we went to the bathroom and I rubbed my legs with a rag to discover purple all over the rag when I was done. By then my whole family was cracking up rolling on the floor laughing, But trust me I wasn't I was still so scared. My first thought was
" Oh lord please don't let me be sick heal me jesus help me please and hurry!" Well It just goes to show you how much fear can play into your life, I didn't know what was wrong with me. But now I realize I'm healthy and happy to be so PALE! Remember to not let fear get a hold of you no telling what you'll end up thinking!

I'm out, Headed to be so I can get some sleep in my beautiful PINK room I don't wanna see anymore purple for awhile!

Cleaning

wheww, Today is cleaning day (oh joy), I just got done with my part, Sweeping Dusting cleaning the kitchen, Making (moms) bed, Because once again she left in a rush with out making her bed LOL. Hannah is now mopping the floors.I have to clean my room and do laundry in a minute so I better hurry. Its already 11:14am and I haven't even gotten my shower yet, We have an extremely busy day today, Lets see I need to finish cleaning do school get dressed and Pick up Kameron (somewhere between all this I need to bathe my dog lol)
We have a southern living party tonight that we're going to.

I just got back from my Grandparents house, We went to my five year old cousins birthday party (my aunt lives with them with her little girl), Leah is a very special little girl. You see she suffers from a type of Cerebral palsy, The results are, she just learned how to walk about 3 months ago, She can only say small words which is very hard for her one some days. Leah is so special because no matter what she has a smile on her face, She always laughs even when shes having a hard time...Shes always been my baby when I go spend the night at her house she follows me around the whole house,And if I leave her sight she screams "BEKKKAHHH" until I come back.In 2003 she was the Cerebral palsy poster child for Louisiana's telethon.Shes been able to touch many hearts and souls. When I was younger I would wonder, Why did God do this to Leah why can't he make her healthy? But now I realize God knows what hes doing and he's the only one that can answer that. I don't blame it on God or anyone else, God didn't punish her, Matter of fact I believe he has a special place in his heart for people with disabilities. Well I think I'm gonna run.. I love you guys!

Okay I just figured out how to work my color, lol, Today has been great, I'm really pumped about youth and about church we are growing so much its amazing! I know God is fixing to do wonderful things in our church, Hey what'd I tell you last time, And it was true! Its so awesome to see what God can and has done, The other day we went and saw End Of The Spear and it was amazing to me, To realize God isn't only in America people all over the world have the same kind of amazing love and realationships that we have with him! I'm getting so close to God and starting a true mature realationship with him, Its not that I haven't believed in him or that I gave up on him, I just never took him serious. Now I understand so much more, I don't think its that I'm getting Older I just feel like I finally care and WANT to know more not HAVE to know more. You know? I went shopping the other day and got some new clothes, Thats always fun lol! Kameron has Had pink eye, So I haven't kept her until today. Wednesday night was amazing We had 45 youth which is so awesome, Gabe rapped and we had pizza and hung out. We also have a anti-valentines day thing coming up (don't ask lol its matts idea) It'll be lots of fun though, Its basically for all the people that don't have a girlfriend or boyfriend and we're going to talk about true love and waiting till marriage I believe... So I think I'm going to finish Beauty & The Geek. I love that show. okay lol. Night :*)

Lets see I haven't kept Kameron lately, Which means =No money... But anyways.Tonight me and Hannah are babysitting Lauren shes so cute! I guess my blog updates have been pretty boring things are really slow around here with Mom being sick and all. The youth is really growing with a average of 23-27 kids each wednesday thats so awesome, God is really going to do things in our youth group you can feel it! The church is doing great too Mark is working on building a new website its going to be great! Well on sadder notes my Ears aren't doing too well (trust me you don't wanna know) I have like 2 more weeks until I can take my earrings out but I may have to wait longer because they aren't feeling right. But I have like 20 pairs of earrings already I'm going to be an earring junkie I think...Okay time to get somethings done..

Oh what A party, The race was so amazing and not just because my team WON! It was me Joe and Staci and we had so much fun together, I'm just going to say we all saw a side of each other we thought we'd never see, Well maybe thats kind of dramatic because we all know so much about each other! We had to do crazy road blocks like Dig through 80lbs of sand to find five black beans,Joe had to carry Chicken feet in his mouth from one pan to another one lol! I'm going to put lots of pictures up so you can see some crazy stuff we did! It was so much fun, THANK YOU MOM for all your hardwork, THANK YOU DAD for spending all that money ;)! Amazing Night...

Wow, I went to the Powerlifter thingie tonight I didn't get to go last night because my grandfathers plane was delayed lol! But it was amazing I figured it'd be boring and everything but it was very high energy and you know me I love high energy! But I saw three of my little cousins get saved that was so awesome Its really amazing to see how much little ones are amazed with God and everything he can do, My cousin Erika is going back thursday to be baptized and is extremely happy, Her smile when she walked out of the room was so cute! Its getting pretty late here so I think I'll run get ready for bed!

Pretty Usual.....

Well today was pretty usual,Math tutoring school cleaning up and babysitting Kameron she's the little sister I never had lol! She's five years old and so full of energy but aren't they all? Anyways tonight we're going to some show where guys break stuff do pushups with 400lb men on their backs you know that kind of stuff, (I usually don't go for this kind of stuff trust me!) But my Grandma called and wanted me and my sister to go so anyways we're going, Who knows it could be fun! I do know that they preach at the end and its usually pretty good things they talk about so that's cool. Thursday morning my dog has to go to the vet to get fixed :( I hope everything works out all right for him poor baby! I'll have to update you guys on how everything goes lol! Oh and also me and Hannah are having a big birthday party together, Its Saturday its going to be lots of fun its an amazing race type party, And Gabe is going to rap we're going to eat lots of food and play games

Well today is my dads birthday the big 41, We went and ate at Catfish King with Unlce Ronnie and Aunt Pam, Staci, Joe, Clay and Carson! It was pretty fun we got my Dad a coffe grinder and Staci and Joe got him coffe beans. I made him like a booklet with little letters and hearts and put a picture of us on the front! I LOVE YOU DAD HAPPY BIRTHDAY! We also started a new series at church called me\church This is going to be a great series! He's teaching about how church isn't all about us how we need to reach the unchurched and the hurting! But anyways I think I might try and get my mom to make me a funky template or something cool lol! Well thats it for now!

Okay yes I'm following the trend of online blogging I couldn't resist, Everyone in my family has one and all my friends so I couldn't be the odd girl out! I'm not really sure what I'll put here probable random thoughts and boring events of running errands and babysitting. Yesterday was my birthday and We went to Chili's for supper my favorite place! My Dad is ready to kill me because I always want to go there. I didn't get many gifts (yet) Just a giftcard from my Grandma she always remembers unlike the other ones....But to me becoming a teenager officially wearing makeup and getting my ears pierced was a big enough gift (but mom dad you can still get me more if you'd like lol :) Oh yes people I finally got my ears pierced and what a trip that was, My sister and mom have been trying to get me too do it for 6 years but I was always to scared to do it. Anyways I now have holes in my ears and have to clean them 3 times a day for 6 weeks oh the joy of pierced ears! Well we're on our way to get Hannahs drivers licenses, More later!
